At some time we all experience moments of self-doubt, low confidence, low self-esteem or just going with the flow when we really don’t want to because we are not sure of how to stand up for ourselves and be assertive and confident
There can be times however when these feelings of low confidence can get out of hand and this, in turn, can lead to feelings of being trapped or unable to cope.
These feelings can be built up from a series of events throughout your lifetime or can come from one single event.
The good news is that no one is born with these feelings they are not genetic. Confidence and self-esteem Assertiveness are states of mind and an attitude and can, therefore, be learned and relearned.
Hypnosis allows me to talk to that part of your mind where the pattern of behavior is that makes you feel less confident, less assertive and more anxious and over a period of time we can start to change these feelings, and develop new patterns of behavior, of acting and feeling more confident & assertive no matter where you are or who you are with.
